OUR DOUGH

At Flour we take pride in crafting our dough using a traditional bigga method, giving our dough a 48 hours fermentation,  ensuring a rich flavour and perfect texture. Trained by a Neapolitan pizza chef, we bring authentic techniques to every pizza we create. 

​

Our state-of-the-art rotating Marana Forni ensures even cooking and a perfectly crispy crust every time. Enjoy a delicious blend of flavours as our pizzas are crafted with the finest ingredients and baked to perfection. ​​

FLOUR was born from friendship and love for food. It's a shared dream. It's about  experiences and memories.  

​​​It's about community. But ultimately, it's about flavour.

​​

​Matt & Kiki have been in Wells since 2020 when they took over Wells Deli and made it into a fun cafe serving the most delicious breakfast and light meals.

​

The dream was still to open a pizzaria but space in Wells is hard to find. When the opportunity knocked on their door, they didn't hesitate but they knew they'd need help.

​

Best friends and foodies Louis & Dulcie were invited to join forces.  Matt and Dulcie share a love for food and understanding of flavours like no one else.

​

Combined with the business skills of Louis and Kiki, it was simply the dream team!

FAQ'S

What size are your pizzas?

12 inches. We make a 48 hours fermented dough and hand stretch it to order

 

When are you open?

We open 7 days per week.

Sunday to Thursday 12pm to 8:30pm

Friday & Saturday 12pm to 9pm

 

Can I book a table?

We operate on a first come first served basis.

Unfortunately we don't take bookings unless for big parties of 8+. You can get in touch via email: info@flourwells.com

How do I order?

Order in store or online. 

We do not take orders over the phone

 

Are you licenced?

We are indeed and we sell wine, beers and cocktails.

 

Do you take card payments?

We are a cashless business, therefore we only accept card payments. We feel this is better for our staff and our customers, as it allows for faster payments and better service.

 

Do you have gluten free pizzas?

We certainly do! Although, it's not made in house for health and safety reasons and as it's handled in a kitchen with gluten and baked in the same oven as our regular pizza, we don't recommend for people with serious allergy to gluten.

 

Are you dog friendly?

Well behaved pups are welcome. 

 

Do you do gift cards? Merchandise?

Gift cards can be purchased online or in store. Online gift cards can be redeemed when dining in or ordering online. Gift cards purchased in store cannot be redeemed for online orders.

We'll soon have t-shirts, hats and hoodies.
